Custom Orders

Ordering a custom fountain means you will have a one-of-a-kind water feature in your home or business. That’s awesome! There are a few things to know before diving in, so we put together this guide to explain. 

You are ordering a custom fountain if you opt for any of the following: 

  • engraving
  • vinyl graphic
  • custom dimensions
  • Fiore, Gist, and Campania brand fountains

Please review the custom order process below so you know what to expect. 

  1. Review your custom order selections carefully and complete checkout at Faverly.com (your payment method will be authorized only, not yet charged). If you prefer to order with assistance, we’re here to help!

  2. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email requesting that you acknowledge the custom order policy. 

  3. Next, we will process your order, charge your payment method provided in step 1. At this point, the order/product cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. 

  4. Delivery can NOT BE REFUSED for any reason. Refusal of delivery will result in you incurring the redelivery cost. It cannot be returned since it’s made specifically for you. 

  5. If you suspect any damage upon delivery (for example, if the boxes are damaged) please mark “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the bill of laden (provided by the delivery person) so that if you discover shipment damage or parts are missing upon unpacking, they may be corrected or parts replaced. 

  6. Open the packaging and contact us immediately to report damages or issues.

Colors are approximate as shown on our website and may vary according to your computer monitor's settings.

If you ordered a stained or painted fountain or planter, it is not unusual for small scratches to appear on the fountain while in shipment. In most cases a small amount of touch-up paint is included in the package to cover these areas if needed.

Large fountains and heavier items ship “Freight (LTL)” as shown on the product page. To familiarize yourself with how to handle receiving freight shipments, refer to the Freight Delivery Guide.
