Custom Orders

Ordering a custom fountain means you will have a one-of-a-kind water feature in your home or business. That’s awesome! There are a few things to know before diving in, so we put together this guide to explain.

You are ordering a custom fountain if you opt for any of the following:

Other details

Colors are approximate as shown on our website and may vary according to your computer monitor's settings.

If you ordered a stained or painted fountain or planter, it is not unusual for small scratches to appear on the fountain while in shipment. In most cases a small amount of touch-up paint is included in the package to cover these areas if needed.

Large fountains and heavier items ship “Freight (LTL)” as shown on the product page. To familiarize yourself with how to handle receiving freight shipments, refer to the Freight Delivery Guide.
